Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 500 gr. fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 Art. orange juice
  • 1/4 Art. 100% cranberry juice
  • 1 tbsp. honey

Recipe preparation:

  1. Wash the cranberries and discard any soft or wrinkled berries.
  2. In a 2 liter stew pan combine orange juice, cranberry juice and honey. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes. Add cranberries and cook for 15 minutes., stirring occasionally until the berries burst, and the mixture thickens. Do not cook for more than 15 minutes, as pectin will start collapse and the sauce does not become thick. Remove from heat and let cool. within 5 minutes
  3. Gently spoon the cranberry sauce into a three-spoonful. recesses. Put in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight. from the freezer, turn over onto a dish, chop and serve in as a dessert.
