What I needed for a corn cake flour:
- butter pack 200gramm
- sugar 3/4 cup
- two testicles
- one glass of corn and wheat flour
- two three tablespoons vegetable oil
- candied fruit (candied fruit) for decoration
For the sauce:
a glass of milk
a pinch of vanillin
half a tablespoon of sugar
one yolk
How to Make Corn Cakes flour:
Melt the butter with sugar, then cool, add eggs and flour. Knead the dough well, cover napkin and leave on the table for about an hour. Lubricate our handles with vegetable oil (by the way, this is useful for strength nails) and form balls from our current test, about the size of a testicle. Put the balls on greased vegetable oil pan. In the middle of each cake make carefully small indentations. Now send our cakes in a preheated oven to 160-170 degrees and bake until until the cakes turn a golden color.
While the cakes are baked, we make the sauce: beat the yolk with sugar, gradually add boiled milk. Warm the sauce on water bath until thick, but do not boil. Then remove from the fire, add a pinch of vanillin and let cool. When the sauce has cooled, we pour our sauce into the recesses of the cornmeal cake, and decorate with candied fruits on top.
