Coffee mousse

The most delicate mousse with moccaccino flavor: espresso, milk and chocolate, covered with gentle airy foam. Mousse is cooked very quickly if take soluble chocolate pudding as a basis. Mix it with coffee milk and whipped cream. Serve the mousse in a beautiful transparent glasses and enjoy its elegant look and sophisticated taste. Photo Coffee Mousse Time: 15 мин.Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 110 gr. instant chocolate pudding mixes
  • 1 tbsp. cold milk
  • 1/4 Art. strong coffee or chilled espresso
  • 1 tbsp. whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. l chocolate granules for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix until thickened the pudding mixture, milk and coffee. In another large bowl with a mixer, beat the bold cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks. Set aside 1/4 tbsp. whipped cream for serving.
  2. Mix a third of the whipped cream into the pudding to make it lighter. Then gently mix the remaining whipped cream into the pudding. With a spoon put the mousse in dessert glasses and refrigerate until readiness for serving. Mousse can be prepared in advance in 4 hours. When ready to serve, add a small spoonful of whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate granules.
