Ingredients for the recipe:
- Beans – about 300 grams
- Boiled beets – 170 grams
- Two apples
- On the palate – ground pepper and salt
- Olive oil – about 85 ml
- Vinegar 3% – two tablespoons
- Bunch of fresh dill

Recipe preparation:
- Soak the beans for eight hours in cold water, and then cook until cooked within thirty hours.
- At the end of cooking, salt the beans, then drain the water.
- Peel boiled beets with apples and cut them into thin ones slices.
- Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl, namely beets, beans and apples.
- Salt to taste, sprinkle a little with ground pepper and pour vinegar with olive oil.
