Recipes use volumetric containers of volume: 1 glass (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (Art.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • Beans – about 300 grams
  • Boiled beets – 170 grams
  • Two apples
  • On the palate – ground pepper and salt
  • Olive oil – about 85 ml
  • Vinegar 3% – two tablespoons
  • Bunch of fresh dill

Recipe preparation:

  1. Soak the beans for eight hours in cold water, and then cook until cooked within thirty hours.
  2. At the end of cooking, salt the beans, then drain the water.
  3. Peel boiled beets with apples and cut them into thin ones slices.
  4. Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl, namely beets, beans and apples.
  5. Salt to taste, sprinkle a little with ground pepper and pour vinegar with olive oil.
  6. Gently mix the salad and sprinkle with pre-chopped dill. Bon appetit !!!
