- 4 (25 cm diameter) wheat tortilla
- 1 tbsp. finely grated cheese, mature cheddar
- 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter
- Sour cream, salsa, guacamole for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Put the tortilla on a baking sheet and sprinkle a little cheese with one the edges. Try to leave a place at the border. Fold the cakes in half such as to make a crescent shape. Preheat the pan over low heat. Add 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter. Put tortilla in a pan and fry until it is browned, about 2 minutes Gently lift the edge using silicone scapula to check. When one side is fried, turn over the tortilla and squeeze, fry until it browned, and the cheese does not melt.
- Using a spatula, transfer to a separate plate or to great dish. Repeat the same with the remaining oil and tortillas. Serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole on top.
