Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 900 gr. diced boiled potatoes
  • 1 stalk of celery, cut into slices
  • 150 gr. Gouda cheese, diced
  • 150 gr. canned corn
  • Half the red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green onion feathers, cut into ringlets
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. l cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Sahara
