Cinnamon Pancake Buns

  • 70 gr. melted butter
  • 1 tbsp. l ground cinnamon

Glaze

  • 1 and 1/4 Art. powdered sugar
  • 60 gr melted butter
  • 3 tbsp. l milk
  • A pinch of fine salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Curl: combine brown sugar in a small bowl, butter and cinnamon. Stir until smooth. Overfill mix into a small hermetically sealed plastic bag and cut from a corner of 0.6 cm. Store until use in a small glass so that the hole is up.
