Dough and filling

  • 75 gr. butter, softened + additionally for lubrication
  • Dough flour
  • 1 pack of frozen pastry for butter bread, leave on night to defrost in the refrigerator
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. l ground cinnamon

Curd glaze

  • 110 gr. softened butter
  • 1 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/3 Art. softened cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe preparation:

  1. Lubricate with a thin layer of butter 2 round molds with a diameter 20 cm
  2. On a lightly dusted surface, roll the dough into 37 x 18 cm rectangular formation. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread soft creamy dough butter. Sprinkle the dough evenly with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Beginning with long edge, roll the dough into a roll. Press the seam to seal the roll.
  3. Cut the roll into 16 slices and arrange them into prepared forms. Put in a warm place to double the dough, for about 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Bake until golden brown about 15 minutes. Quickly flip the mold onto the wire rack and remove it from buns. If there are leftovers in the forms, put them on buns. Let the buns cool a little, about 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the icing: in a medium bowl the size beat with a mixer butter, sugar, cream cream cheese and vanilla until lush. Spread the icing on the buns. Serve warm.
