Horiatiki (Greek salad with feta cheese) – a detailed recipe cooking. Time: 20 мин.Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 – 8 The recipes use dimensional capacity: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cups (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teahouse spoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 6 tbsp. mix greens for salad (soak in salt water to remove dirt, dry in a centrifuge and pick up small pieces)
- 1 tbsp. seedless olives
- 2 peeled and diced 0.5 cm. cucumber
- 1 tbsp. diced feta cheese
Refueling:
- 2 tbsp. l balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic, cut into 4 parts
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 Art. olive oil

Recipe preparation:
- Pour vinegar into the blender, close it with a lid, turn it on and through hole in the lid add garlic crushed red in turn pepper, salt and black pepper. Without turning off the blender, pour in a thin a trickle of olive oil. Leave before use.
