Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 6 tbsp. mix greens for salad (soak in salt water to remove dirt, dry in a centrifuge and pick up small pieces)
  • 1 tbsp. seedless olives
  • 2 peeled and diced 0.5 cm. cucumber
  • 1 tbsp. diced feta cheese

Refueling:

  • 2 tbsp. l balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic, cut into 4 parts
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 Art. olive oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour vinegar into the blender, close it with a lid, turn it on and through hole in the lid add garlic crushed red in turn pepper, salt and black pepper. Without turning off the blender, pour in a thin a trickle of olive oil. Leave before use.
  2. Mix greens, olives and cucumbers with enough refueling. Add feta cheese. Some more refueling file separately.
