The next day the tastes of the ingredients combine even better, and the pea mass becomes more uniform. Smoked turkey gives the soup what distinguishes it from others. If desired, water can be replaced, for example, chicken stock, and also reduce the amount of fluid, to make the dish thicker. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh green parsley, plus extra 8-10 stems
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 450 gr green peas, sort and rinse
- 1 large leek, only white and light green, cut first in half, and then into thin half rings
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- 2 carrots chopped
- 1 smoked turkey drumstick (450-680 gr.)
- 1/4 Art. non-fat yogurt without flavoring
- 1/2 tbsp. frozen peas, thaw
- Cereal multigrain bread for serving (not necessary)

Recipe preparation:
- Tie the stems of parsley and thyme with kitchen thread, place a beam in a slow cooker (multicooker) of 5.7 liters. Add chopped peas, leeks, celery, carrots, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Shuffle. Add turkey drumstick and pour in 7 tbsp. water. Cover and simmer until chopped peas and the meat will not become soft (6-8 hours).
- Remove the bunch of greens. Get rid of the skin and bones of the turkey, then tear the meat into fibers. Stir the soup vigorously, to chop peas and make the dish more uniform. At dilute with water if desired. Stir in chopped parsley and about three quarters of turkey meat. Salt and pepper.
- Pour soup with soup ladle into bowls. Dilute the yogurt with a little amount of water and put a spoon on the surface of the soup. Add thawed peas and remaining turkey meat on top. If desired serve with bread.
