Chocolate Whipped Banana Pudding cream

Banana Pudding – A Traditional American Vanilla Dessert cream, bananas and whipped cream. Although banana pudding is prepared in mainly with cookies, this recipe does not imply use, since the puddings were originally prepared without cookies, as evidenced by ancient recipe books. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. milk (whole or 1 – 2% fat)
  • Half vanilla pod cut in half along
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2/3 Art. Sahara
  • 1/4 Art. corn starch
  • 1 tbsp. l cold butter
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. cream
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 2 tbsp. l cocoa powder
  • Banana leaves, optional

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour milk into a small saucepan, put vanilla and bring to a boil over moderate heat. Turn off the stove immediately and set it aside. saucepan for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat egg yolks and sugar until fluffy. Then add Corn starch and mix vigorously so that no lumps remain. Pour in 1/4 tbsp. hot milk. Shuffle and pour everything the remaining milk.
  3. Strain the mixture through a sieve back into the milk pan. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, and cook with a slight boil until thickened. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the butter.
  4. Mix banana slices into a mixture, pour the pudding into the bowl and refrigerate. If you don’t want the pudding to drag out cover with a crust.
  5. Whip cream with sugar and cocoa powder until formed steady peaks. Refrigerate before serving. Cut banana leaves on long triangles and glue to the back pudding for decoration. Put chocolate on the pudding whipped cream.
