For many years, and even centuries, chocolate pudding continues win the hearts of the sweet tooth. It’s incredibly hard today to meet a person who has no idea what kind of dessert it is. The methods for making pudding are endless. In some you can feel sweet and sour taste of plum, in another meet spice dried fruits. The choice is always yours; here it is presented bitter cocoa powder pudding recipe chocolate and pieces of white chocolate – one of the many options that you will surely enjoy.

Time: 30min Difficulty: easy Servings: 6-8 The recipes use dimensional capacity: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cups (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teahouse spoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1.5 tbsp. Sahara
- 3/4 Art. cocoa powder
- 1/2 tbsp. corn starch
- 1/8 tsp with a slide of salt
- 4 tbsp. whole milk
- 2 tbsp. drinking cream 10% fat
- 90 g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp. l vanilla extract
- 90 g pieces of white chocolate
- Whipping cream for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- In a mixer bowl, mix sugar, cocoa, corn starch and salt. Then pour in a thin stream of milk while whipping, mix until smooth. Small stream pour the cream, whisking everything into a homogeneous mass. Strain the mixture through a fine or conical sieve into a saucepan. On medium heat, stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a boil. Simmer for 2 minutes. Turn off the fire add dark chocolate and vanilla extract to the mixture. Overfill chocolate pudding in a bowl.
- Fill a large bowl with ice cubes, fill to the top with water and put a bowl of pudding on top. Leave it to cool for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally with a rubber spatula.
- Add white chocolate, pour the mixture into a bowl, glasses or circles.
- Place the dishes in the refrigerator for thorough freezing. Serve chilled pudding with a small portion of the cream.
