  • 8 tbsp. corn chips
  • 3 tbsp. powdered sugar

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a microwave-friendly bowl, mix the chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter, cocoa powder and salt. Microwave in 30 second intervals while stirring mixture in between until smooth. In a big bowl put the corn chips, pour the melted chocolate mixture and mix until the chips are completely covered. cool completely, then transfer to large paper bags or dense plastic bags. Add icing sugar, tight close the bag and shake the contents. Keep tight container up to 3 days. Output: 11 tbsp.
