Usually you need to spend good on making chocolate mousse a few hours, or even a whole day, before you start lunch, because the yolk should set, and the whipped squirrels get enough air bubbles. Forget about it!
In our lazy mousse there are no yolks, no proteins, it is not necessary beat and wait. In addition, the lack of raw eggs means that you can be calmer by giving this three-ingredient mousse (chocolate, marshmallows and whipped cream) to young children, although I I am sure that not only they will benefit from this. It’s so nice to be a sorceress.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 tbsp. mini marshmallows
- 1/2 tbsp. softened butter
- 255 gr. chopped into small pieces semisweet of chocolate
- 1/4 Art. hot water (from a recently boiled kettle)
- 1 tbsp. fat cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe preparation:
- Put marshmallows, butter, chocolate and water in a pan with a thick bottom. Put the pan to heat on the stove by turning on very little fire to let the ingredients melt and periodically mix. Remove from heat.
- Whip cream with vanilla at this time until they thicken, then mix with the cooled chocolate mixture until homogeneous viscous cream. Pour mixture into 4-6 cups or small bowls and refrigerate before eating the mousse. Than the sooner the better!
