  • 2 tbsp. l cocoa powder
  • 3/4 Art. ultrafine sugar
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 1/3 Art. plus 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional equipment: Mold for muffins and paper liners

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour flour, baking powder, soda, cocoa, sugar into a large bowl and 3/4 Art. chocolate chips. Pour liquid into a measuring cup Ingredients. Mix dry and liquid ingredients, remembering that the best muffins are obtained from dough with lumps.
