Chocolate Cake with Zucchini

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/2 tbsp. and 1/3 Art. semisweet chocolate granules or crushed chocolate with 60% cocoa
  • 1/4 Art. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg or allspice
  • 1 medium zucchini grated and squeezed
  • 1 tsp меда
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Unsalted butter for the mold
  • 1.5 tbsp. flour and a little more for the form
  • 1/2 tsp fine salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 and 1/4 Art. Sahara

  • 2 eggs

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Bottom and walls Lubricate the 22 cm square butter. Form sprinkle with flour.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 tbsp. chocolate granules and 1 tbsp. l flour. In a medium bowl, mix the remaining flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and nutmeg. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat with a mixer at medium speed for about 3 minutes sugar, 1/2 tbsp. olive oil, eggs and vanilla. The mixture should be smooth and pale. Add the flour mixture and cocoa and beat at low speed for 2 minutes until smooth state (the dough should turn out thick). Add zucchini and knead another 2 minutes until smooth. Wooden spoon mix the chocolate granules with flour.
  4. Put the dough in the prepared form and bake for 30-35 minutes. A toothpick stuck in the middle should remain clean. Cake remove from the mold and cool completely.
  5. Prepare the cream: in a microwave oven mix the remaining 1/3 tbsp. chocolate granules, 1 tsp. olive oils and honey. Microwave under strong power at intervals of 30 seconds, stirring occasionally until the chocolate will melt. Lubricate the cake with chocolate cream and cut it into pieces.
