Chocolate Brownie Fudge

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 200 gr. butter and optionally for lubrication forms
  • 1.5 tbsp. premium flour
  • 0.5 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 250 gr crushed dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp. Sahara
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1.5 tbsp. chocolate chips (chocolate chips)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Sift flour, cocoa powder and salt into a bowl. Melt butter and crushed chocolate in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring, until the mixture is homogeneous, about 4 minutes. Take off heat, let cool slightly, then add and stir sugar. Add the eggs and mix. Add and mix the flour mixture and 1 tbsp. chocolate chips.
  2. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Foil baking dish 20 to 30 cm in size, leaving an extra 5 cm at the edges. Grease oil foil. Pour the dough into the prepared form and evenly distribute. Pour on top the remaining 0.5 tbsp. chocolate chips. Bake for about 40 minutes to check for readiness, stick a toothpick in the center: it should come out slightly damp. Give cool slightly in shape. Remove from the mold, remove the foil and cut into large squares. Fudge brownie recipe.
