For cheesecake:
- 1.5 tbsp. crushed vanilla waffles (approximately 250 gr.)
- 1 tbsp. ground pecans
- 120 gr. unsalted butter, melt
- 900 gr. cream cheese (Philadelphia, Mascarpone, or curd high fat masses)
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/2 tbsp. premium flour
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. canned pumpkin
To decorate the top:
- 2 tbsp. sweetened whipped cream
- 3/4 Art. a mixture of bourbon and water mixed in equal quantities
- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Unsalted butter
- 230 gr. chocolate chips (1 1/3 st.)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe preparation:
- Cook the cheesecake: Preheat the oven to 180 C. Mix in a bowl the waffle crumbs, ground pecans and melted butter.
