Chocolate bars “Conga”

The recipe for a simple and quick, but very tasty chocolate-vanilla cake. It turns out to be soft and just melting in your mouth, but due to of the fact that the dough is quite liquid, pieces of chocolate are buried with baking to form a chocolate layer. Complexity: easy Quantity: 12 – 16 bars The recipes use dimensional capacity: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cups (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teahouse spoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 150 gr. self-rising flour sifted
  • 225 gr. brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 250 gr melted butter
  • 2 tbsp. l vanilla essence
  • A pinch of salt
  • 300 gr dark chocolate chopped

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C (normal oven to 200 ° C).
  2. In a large bowl, use a mixer to beat the sugar and eggs until homogeneous mass. Then add, continuously mixing, melted butter, vanilla, salt and flour.
  3. Add chocolate and mix it with a wooden spoon. Then put the dough in a shallow, greased thin layer of butter to bake, align on top and tap the shape on the table (to air bubbles come out). Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes, until the cake is frozen, but still a little soft in center.
  4. Cool the finished cake and cut into bars.
