Chocolate Banana Pudding

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 tbsp. whole milk
  • 90 gr. milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 30 gr chocolate without sugar, finely chopped
  • 6 large egg yolks
  • 0.5 tbsp. Sahara
  • 3 tbsp. l corn starch
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 350 gr chocolate waffle cookies
  • 4 large bananas, peeled and chopped 0.5 cm thick.
  • 2 tbsp. sweet whipped cream
  • Chocolate chips for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour milk into a medium-sized saucepan and bring to boiling. Whisk all chopped chocolate with a whisk and heat it, until it melts and the mass becomes homogeneous. Remove the pan from the stove.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the yolks, sugar and corn. starch. Slowly stir in the chocolate mixture. And pour it all over again into the pot. Heat over moderate heat, stirring occasionally the mixture does not thicken. Remove the pan from the stove, stir in the vanilla and pour everything into a clean bowl. On the surface of the custard put a cling film and leave to cool at room temperature.
  3. Spread 1 tbsp evenly. cream in a glass dish the size of 22 x 32 cm. Top with cookies, bananas and cream again. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or night.
  4. Before serving, cover the pudding with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate chips.
