Chocolate and Peanut Butter Toffee

Recipe preparation:

  1. Foil a 20 square baking dish see by pressing the foil in the corners and sides; leave the ends of the foil hanging from 2 sides. Grease the foil with butter.
  2. In a medium-sized saucepan, mix 3/4 tbsp. condensed milk chocolate granules and a pinch of salt. In a separate pan, mix remaining condensed milk, peanut granules and a pinch of salt. Put both pots on low heat and cook, periodically stirring until the granules melt and the mass becomes homogeneous.
  3. Put the chocolate mass in the prepared form with a spoon, leaving gaps between the slides. At intervals lay out the mass of peanut butter. Grease a square sheet of parchment paper 20 cm. in butter and place it immediately on iris surface; press to flatten the entire mass evenly and there are no cavities inside. Put in the fridge so that the iris froze for about 45 minutes. Pull the ends of the foil to remove the iris from the mold and cut it into 2.5 cm squares. Store in an airtight container for 1 week.
