- Mix soy sauce, sushi vinegar, vegetable and sesame seeds butter. Add finely chopped pickled ginger to the dressing and green onions. Let it brew for 20 minutes.
- Thinly chop the Beijing cabbage, salt and leave for 15 minutes.
- Breaking tofu in small pieces. In a dry pan fry sesame seeds until golden brown. Mix cabbage with 3/4 refueling and 3 tbsp. spoons of sesame seeds.
- We spread the salad on plates, spread the tofu on top, water the remaining dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Have a nice appetite!
