  1. Mix soy sauce, sushi vinegar, vegetable and sesame seeds butter. Add finely chopped pickled ginger to the dressing and green onions. Let it brew for 20 minutes.
  2. Thinly chop the Beijing cabbage, salt and leave for 15 minutes.
  3. Breaking tofu in small pieces. In a dry pan fry sesame seeds until golden brown. Mix cabbage with 3/4 refueling and 3 tbsp. spoons of sesame seeds.
  4. We spread the salad on plates, spread the tofu on top, water the remaining dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Have a nice appetite!
