Chilakiles – a casserole with crispy chips, cheese and egg

Bake a simple Mexican-style egg casserole for breakfast, crispy corn tortillas, cheese and canned chili peppers with a mild flavor. Since part of the eggs are replaced by egg whites, and tortillas were baked in the oven, not in oil, the casserole contains minimum fat, but remains as tasty as possible. A little grated cheese cheddar and pepper jack cover her mouth-watering golden crust. Serve the casserole with low-fat sour cream and salsa verde – Mexican green sauce based on vegetable physalis, which add more southern flavor to the dish.
