- Boil the noodles in salted water. Drain the water by colander.
- Chicken liver cut into thin slices. Champignon cut into slices. Pour in soy sauce. Mix gently. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Chop onions with feathers. Thin smoked fish slices. Finely chop the parsley.
- Take a deep frying pan, heat oil, fry the noodles until golden color. Transfer the finished noodles into a bowl.
- Add oil to a frying pan, heat, fry the onions.
- Add chicken liver with mushrooms to the fried onion. Fry for 5 minutes, do not forget to stir.
- Add ready-made chicken broth to vegetables and liver. Cook yet 10 minutes. To thicken the sauce, add starch.
- Pour the noodles with cooked sauce with liver and mushrooms. Put salmon slices on top. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
