  1. Boil the noodles in salted water. Drain the water by colander.
  2. Chicken liver cut into thin slices. Champignon cut into slices. Pour in soy sauce. Mix gently. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Chop onions with feathers. Thin smoked fish slices. Finely chop the parsley.
  4. Take a deep frying pan, heat oil, fry the noodles until golden color. Transfer the finished noodles into a bowl.
  5. Add oil to a frying pan, heat, fry the onions.
  6. Add chicken liver with mushrooms to the fried onion. Fry for 5 minutes, do not forget to stir.
  7. Add ready-made chicken broth to vegetables and liver. Cook yet 10 minutes. To thicken the sauce, add starch.
  8. Pour the noodles with cooked sauce with liver and mushrooms. Put salmon slices on top. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
