Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. skinless chicken thighs (about 8 pcs.)
- 500 gr. potatoes, cut into slices of 1.5 cm.
- 2 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. l flour
- 1 tbsp. l tomato paste
- 2 tsp garam masala, plus more for sprinkling
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 450 gr tomato
- 150 gr. spinach
- Ginger 2.5 cm., Peeled and cut into pieces
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
- Jasmine rice, naan cakes, chutney sauce and / or yogurt for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Mix vinegar, flour, tomato paste, 1 tsp each. garama masala and curry powder, garlic, tomatoes, ginger, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 hours l pepper in a blender or food processor. Mash until smooth masses and densities.
- Put potatoes on the bottom of the multicooker. Sprinkle chicken the remaining 1 tsp. garama masala and curry powder and large the amount of salt and pepper.
