Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr chopped chicken breasts (approximately 2 pcs.) cubes
- 3 green onion feathers, only white parts, finely chopped diagonally
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 2.5 cm. Peeled ginger root, minced
- 1 tbsp. l soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. l Sahara
- 1 tbsp. l + 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 and 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp. l dry sherry
- 1 tbsp. l dark sesame oil
- About 1/3 Art. water
- 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 5 – 6 tbsp. broccoli, cut the stems and cut the inflorescences (separate them)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp. l hoisin sauce

Recipe preparation:
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the chicken with onion, half whole garlic and ginger, soy sauce, sugar, 1 tsp. corn starch, 1 tsp salt, sherry and sesame oil. Leave marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes. Mix remaining starch with 1/3 tbsp. water.
- Heat a large non-stick pan over high heat. coated. Add 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and heat it. Add broccoli stalks and fry, stirring, for 30 seconds.
