  • 1 tbsp. frozen corn defrost
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 chopped onion

  • 8 corn tortillas (wheat tortilla recipe)

  • 1 avocado, diced

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place chicken thighs in a 5-7 liter multicooker. Season 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Add the onion, tomatoes, chipotle with adobo sauce, oregano, the remaining 1 tsp. cumin and 1/2 tsp salt. Cover and cook in low temperature mode, until the meat becomes tender, and the sauce thickens slightly – about 7.5 hours Add the corn and mix to warm it.
  2. Preheat the tortillas in a dry frying pan or microwave. Every sprinkle a serving of cheese, avocado and cilantro. Serve with warm tortillas.
