Difficulty: Easy Servings: 4 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: one cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk with vanilla flavor
  • 1 tbsp. nonfat (2%) natural yogurt without additives
  • 2 tbsp. l natural maple syrup (preferably class B), plus 4 tsp for berries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Coarse salt
  • 1/4 Art. chia seed (sage spanish)
  • 470 ml. strawberries, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/4 Art. toasted almonds, sliced

Recipes with similar ingredients: yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almonds, strawberries

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, gently mix almond milk, yogurt, 2 Art. l maple syrup, vanilla extract and 1/8 tsp salt. Add chia seeds and let it brew for 30 minutes. Shuffle if seeds gathered in lumps. Cover and clean overnight in fridge.
  2. The next day, in a medium bowl, mix the berries with the remaining 4 tsp maple syrup. Add almonds.
  3. Put the pudding in a tablespoon in 4 bowls or glasses. From above put the berry mixture and serve.
