Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr seedless cherries
 - 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
 - Juice 1/2 Lemon
 - 2 strips of lemon peel
 - 1/3 Art. roma
 - Ice cream to serve

Recipe preparation:
- In a skillet, mix the cherries, sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice. Cover and cook until sugar dissolve, 4 minutes Open the lid and cook for another 2 minutes, until Cherry will not give juice.
 - Add rum to the pan, set fire carefully and continue cook until the fire goes out. Then take out the lemon zest. Serve cherry flambe with ice cream.
