  • Juice 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 strips of lemon peel
  • 1/3 Art. roma
  • Ice cream to serve

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a skillet, mix the cherries, sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice. Cover and cook until sugar dissolve, 4 minutes Open the lid and cook for another 2 minutes, until Cherry will not give juice.
