- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 180 gr. butter, room temperature, and a little for lubrication mold

For shtrojzel:
- 120 gr. butter, cut into cubes
- 3/4 Art. premium flour
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp finely grated orange peel
- 1/4 Art. cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. blanched almonds
- 1 tbsp. Sahara

Recipe preparation:
- Prepare the struzel: pour almonds on a baking sheet and spread over the entire surface, bake, 5 – 7 min., cool. Place almonds, sugar, butter, flour, cinnamon in a food processor, zest and cocoa powder, grind to the consistency of large lumps, put in the cold.

Whip using a mixer, butter and sugar at medium speed, approximately 5 minutes. Add eggs and beat, another 2 – 3 minutes. Mix in food processor at medium speed in parts, flour mixture, egg mass and sour cream mixture, turn off the combine and mix manually (do not mix for a long time).
- Prepare a cupcake: grease with deep butter 25 see detachable baking dish. Pour half the dough into the mold. Sprinkle with half of struzel, then cover with cherry filling, pour over the remaining dough and sprinkle with shtrozelom.
