This dessert combines the best of cheesecake and creme brulee. Custard with caramel crust combined with rich creamy mascarpone flavor. All this is served on a sweet wafer made from filo pastry. The result is a delicate creamy texture with vanilla taste topped with crispy caramel. When mixing the mass it’s important for a cheesecake to make sure that there are no lumps or mixture однородна. Recipe preparation:
