  • 4 chives, chopped (optional)
  • Spicy sauce for serving (optional)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Tear off the leaves with 1 sprig of thyme and chop them; mix in a large bowl with flour, allspice, 0.5 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp white pepper. Add the meat and mix. Put in a slow cooker 5-6 liters. potatoes, carrots, the remaining 2 branches of thyme, ginger and garlic. Add the meat, leaving the excess flour in a bowl. Mix the remaining seasoned flour with 0.5 tbsp. water Worcester sauce and add to the slow cooker. Put tomatoes on top. Cover and cook with low heat for 7 hours or strong heating for 4 hours.
