  • 110 gr. butter
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp. whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. premium wheat flour
  • 1/3 Art. almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Caramel Cream

  • 170 gr butter at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 3/4 tsp spice mixes for pumpkin pie
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp. cream dolce de leche or boiled condensed milk
  • Popcorn or puffed rice, for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cooking cupcakes: Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Lay out on a baking sheet 12 molds for muffins. Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat; cook by turning periodically pan until the butter turns brown, 6 to 9 minutes. Pour into a medium bowl immediately and cool slightly. Mix with sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla.
  2. Combine flour, almond flour, baking powder and salt in a large a bowl. Add the brown oil mixture and stir until until they come together.
  3. Pour the dough into prepared cupcake tins by filling three quarters of them. Bake cupcakes until tops cupcakes will not spring when pressed, from 18 to 22 minutes. Chill 5 minutes, then remove from the molds and let cool completely.
  4. Make caramel cream: mix in a large bowl butter, icing sugar, spice mix for pumpkin pie and salt, beat the mixture with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Increase speed to moderately high. Add vanilla and whisk until airy consistency, about 3 min. Add boiled condensed milk and mix with a spatula, leaving some streaks. Shift the mixture in a pastry bag equipped with a round tip.
