- 1 tbsp. l light corn syrup
- 1 tbsp. l water
- 1/2 tbsp. fat cream
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
- A pinch of salt

Recipe preparation:
- Mix sugar, corn syrup and water in a saucepan. To put pan on the stove, bring to a boil. Boil at a low boil, occasionally shake the pan (but do not mix) until the mixture will not get a dark amber color, 8 min. Remove from the stove cool slightly, then add cream and mix. Mix in cashew nuts, butter, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Serve caramel cream with ice cream.
