- 2 bananas, cut into slices 8 mm thick.
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter, room temperature
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. Dulce de leche or your favorite caramel sauce
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Small chocolate drops to serve

Recipe preparation:
- In a 30-centimeter non-stick frying pan in a moderately strong Melt the butter until it starts to bubble. Put the bananas in one layer and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until they will turn brownish.
- Turn the bananas over with a silicone spatula and lightly fry them on the back. Sprinkle with cinnamon and fry another 30 sec., stirring occasionally.
- Gently intervene Dulce de Leche; simmer for 1 min., then remove to cool a little. Serve laying on ice cream and sprinkling chocolate drops on top.
