Difficulty: easy Quantity: 2 cakes The recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 12 pcs (80 gr.) Chocolate waffle cookies
- 1/2 small banana, cut into slices
- 1/2 tbsp. chilled butter cream
- 3 tbsp. l powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Chocolate syrup or topping sauce
- 2 tbsp. l chopped roasted peanuts for sprinkling (by wish)
- 2 maraschino cherries in liquor for decoration (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp. diced strawberries, plus a few slices for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- In a blender, grind strawberry cubes with 1-2 tbsp. l water up homogeneous puree mass. Whip the cream with a mixer for 3-5 minutes until a dense foam forms. Add the icing sugar vanilla extract and strawberry puree and whisk 1-2 more minutes.
- Place a chocolate chip cookie on a plate for each serving. Top 1 tbsp. l cream whipped with strawberries, then cover with another cookie and lightly press. Keep going spread cookies and whipped cream in the same sequence until a stack of 6 cookies is formed. The last one above should to be cookies. Wrap the cakes in cling film and put in freezer for 3-4 hours until the cream hardens. Remaining cover the whipped cream and put it in the freezer.
- Before serving, align the edges of the cakes with scapula or knife. Put slices of strawberries on top of the pastries and banana and some remaining cream. Sprinkle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle peanuts over the pastries and garnish with cherry in liquor.
