  • 250 gr chopped chocolate
  • 1 tbsp. premium wheat flour
  • 2.5 tbsp. powdered sugar, and also for sprinkling
  • 6 large eggs and 6 egg yolks
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Lubricate the mold with butter with 8 round indentations for baking and sprinkled with sugar the sand.
