Cake imitation “Bread with lobster meat”

The recipe for a sweet cake simulating a loaf of bread filled with meat lobster. The cake consists of cake, strawberries, coconut and крема из йогурта и сливок. Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 300 gr finished cake (cake recipe)
  • 1/2 tbsp. whipped cream
  • 1/2 tbsp. natural yogurt without additives
  • 1 tbsp. coarsely chopped strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. mini marshmallows
  • 1/3 Art. sweet coconut flakes
  • 2 green apple-flavored licorice sweets
  • 2 marmalade in the form of lemon slices

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix with a rubber spatula 1 tbsp. chopped strawberries and mini marshmallows, 1/3 tbsp. coconut and 1/2 tbsp. yogurt and whipped cream.
  2. Cut the licorice sweets diagonally with kitchen scissors small pieces. Add them to the strawberry mixture, cover and put in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the oven. Use a prong knife to attach the cupcake a loaf of bread. Make two longitudinal cuts on top, each approximately 2.5 cm deep, 2.5 cm away from each edges. Carefully cut the center strip. Put the cupcake on baking pan in the oven and bake, turning until it browned on all sides. Deepening in a cupcake fill strawberry mixture, laying it on top. Serve with lemon marmalade.
