  • 1 350 – 1 800 gr. boneless pork shoulder
  • 2 smoked pork sausage strollers
  • 1/4 Art. plus 2 tbsp. l Cajun or spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/3 Art. ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. l molasses
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp. l light brown sugar
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1/3 Art. mayonnaise
  • 8 buns with sesame seeds
  • Pickles and Potato Chips for Serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. In the bowl of a multicooker with a volume of 6.5-7.5 liters. mix 1.5 tbsp. water, vinegar, ketchup, 1/4 tbsp. mustard, molasses and 1 tbsp. l brown Sahara.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1 tbsp. l brown sugar, paprika, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. The resulting mixture grate pork, put the meat in the bowl of the multicooker with sausages. Close the slow cooker and cook for 8 hours at low temperature.
