Chicken in a cage

Not sure what to cook with minced chicken? Marginal simplicity and incredible beauty – this is a chicken in a cage dish! The recipe of the original dish will delight every housewife. Available and inexpensive products in half an hour turn into a real delicacy!

Stuffed Chicken Dish: Caged Chicken

To cook the chicken in the “cage” we need:

  • Ordinary wafer cakes – 3pcs.
  • Minced chicken – 500g.
  • Egg – 2pcs.
  • Onion – 1pc.
  • Wheat flour – 30g. (3 tablespoons).
  • Milk – 100ml.
  • Garlic – 2-3 chopped cloves.
  • Dry white bread – 1 slice (preferably a loaf).
  • Vegetable oil
  • Spices to taste and salt.

In the preparation of “checkered” delicious chicken dishes minced meat preferably breast meat.

You can cook chicken in a “cage” So:

Chop the onion (as little as possible), mix with the garlic mass. Soak the bread in milk and add the minced chicken.

Remove 1 cake from the packaging and lay out the prepared mass 1cm layer. Cover with 2 crust and lay out the chicken stuffing. Cover 2 layers of minced meat with cake. All actions must be gentle neat so that the filling does not “creep out” on the side. Sharp knife cut the resulting cake into eight triangular pieces.

Cooking batter

Beat the eggs with milk, gently introduce the flour. Into this mass dip each triangle of chicken and fry immediately on well heated oil. Golden crust should be with two parties. Put the fried triangles on a baking sheet and send for a quarter of an hour in the oven (t – 160 °).

Waffle pattern, golden crust makes the dish delicious beautiful!

Tasty ideas
