In a large bowl, mix 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1/4 tbsp. spicy chutney out mango, 3 lime juice, 1/2 tsp. coarse salt and 1/2 – 1 finely chopped thai chili. Add 8 tbsp. chopped cabbage mixes (white cabbage, carrots, onions), 1 chopped straw mango, 1 thinly sliced red pepper and 4 feathers chopped green onions; mix. Cool the salad for 2 hours. Before serving, add 1/2 tbsp. fresh cilantro and 1/2 Art. chopped peanuts.
