Cabbage salad with carrots, apples and bacon

  • 1 tbsp. l whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp. l brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix the cabbage in a colander with a tablespoon of salt. To give stand in the sink for about 1 hour to draw fluid. Rinse, dry thoroughly using a manual centrifuge to drying vegetables.
