Cabbage salad with apple and raisins

Difficulty: easy Servings: 8-10 The recipes use dimensional capacity: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cups (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teahouse spoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/2 tbsp. light raisins
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. l cider vinegar
  • 1 head of finely chopped Savoy cabbage
  • 1 tbsp. coarsely grated carrots (4 small or 2 medium)
  • 2 peeled and shredded Granny Smith apples
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine raisins, celery seeds, mayonnaise, sour cream and apple cider vinegar. Add cabbage, carrots and apples, mix well. Try and add a pinch of salt and pepper over to taste. Cover and refrigerate the salad before serving as at least an hour.
