Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 8 servings of yeast-free pastry dough
  • 250 gr sausage with sage, shell remove
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onion feathers, cut the white and green parts separately
  • 1 small clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/8 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 tbsp. l flour
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 0.5 tbsp. lightly salted chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley
  • Special Equipment: Waffle Maker

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat in a large skillet over medium-high heat. vegetable oil. Add the minced meat and sauté, smashing the minced meat with a wooden spoon until it is browned and fried, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the white slices of green onions, garlic, allspice, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper; stir for 30 seconds. Add flour and mix to fry for about 1 minute. Pour in milk and chicken broth and simmer, stirring, until thickened, 4-5 minutes. Add onion greens and parsley. Cover and hold warm on low heat.
  3. Heat the waffle iron to a moderate temperature. Put on 1 a piece of dough in each section of the waffle iron, gently cover (do not press) and fry until golden brown and cooked, 3 – 4 minutes. Fry the remaining waffles in the same way.
  4. Put 2 waffles on each plate and lay on top of the meat sauce.
