  1. Boil buckwheat noodles until cooked, rinse, drop on colander.
  2. Cut the beans and boil for 3 minutes in salted water. Drain the water.
  3. Fry salmon in a whole piece in a pan until readiness. Salt and pepper. Cut or disassemble with a fork on small pieces.
  4. In a small bowl, gently mix soy sauce, rice wine, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger root, sugar.
  5. Peel and cut avocados and cucumbers in small pieces.
  6. Put noodles, beans, cucumber and avocado in a salad bowl. Neatly mix and pour the sauce.
