  1. Boil buckwheat noodles until cooked. Drain the water.
  2. Chicken breast cut into cubes. Preheat in a pan vegetable oil. Fry chicken fillet over high heat, often stirring. Add 1 tbsp. sake. Reduce the fire and fry until readiness. Add pepper and ground ginger. Pour in 20 ml of soy sauce. Stir and remove from heat.
  3. Cut the fresh cucumber into strips.
  4. Chop celery greens.
  5. Put the noodles in a bowl. Put fried chicken on top, julienne cucumber and celery greens. To the table with serve soy sauce with noodles.
