- 1/4 Art. dried cranberries (optional, can be replaced with grains grenade)
- 2 pack (300 gr.) Mixtures of chopped vegetables (broccoli, white cabbage, carrots and onions)
- 1/2 tbsp. peeled almond toasted plates
- 1/2 tbsp. cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tbsp. fresh ginger (slices 1 cm.)
- 1/4 Art. canola oil

Recipe preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the vegetable mixture, cranberries and almonds. Try if there are enough spices and add them to your taste. Add chopped vegetables, cranberries, almonds and carefully mix. Chill before serving.
- Ginger and garlic paste: Into a small food processor put the garlic, ginger and pour the canola oil. Whisk until the formation of a semi homogeneous paste.
