Breakfast Bread Pudding

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. In a medium-sized bowl, mix eggs, egg yolks, low-fat cream, honey, vanilla extract, orange zest and salt.
  2. Cut brioche into 6 thick slices (2.5 cm each). Half put slices on the bottom of the oval dish for baking 23x35x5 cm. Sprinkle raisins with bread and lay out the remaining slices.
