Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 can (600 gr.) Cherry filling
- 1/4 Art. Kirschwasser black cherry brandy, can be replaced cherry vodka
- 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter, cut into cubes
- 6 ready-made pancakes
- Mint and chocolate syrup for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- Combine cherries and cognac in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Mix the butter, one cube per time. Remove from heat. Set aside 6 whole berries for decoration.
- Divide the cherry filling between 6 pancakes, and fold. From above drizzle with chocolate syrup, garnish with mint and cherries.
