Recipe preparation:
- In a slow cooker with a volume of 6 liters. mix 0.5 tbsp. Hoisin sauce, vinegar, honey, soy sauce, Syrach sauce, ginger and garlic. Add ribs and turn them to cover with the mixture. Cover and cook with low heat for 6 hours.
